A Visit from Ream
Recently, Ream Carson (Director of AGHO) visited Calvary Chapel Fallbrook to give an update on the orphanage. This gave an opportunity for sponsors to learn how their children were doing in school and life in general.
During her visit, Ream gave a "Taste of Cambodia - Khmer Style" cooking demonstration and dinner. The menu consisted of healthy stir fried dishes, a wonderful Khmer salad, and a yummy entrè simply called Ketchup Beef. For those who want to try these at home, Ream provided the recipes
